Untouched nature characterizes the country in north-eastern Germany. In no other federal state are the numerous lakes as freely accessible as in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Almost 500 bathing spots are presented in detail on a bathing water map. There is a detailed profile for all bathing spots. This shows whether parking spaces are available, whether access is barrier-free or whether toilets are available.
The responsible health authorities evaluate numerous water samples and determine the quality of the water. These measured values, from which the water quality is determined, are also published.
A search function enables you to find the shortest route from your current location to the nearest bathing area. The official bathing water map of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is a must for all water lovers and those looking for relaxation.
